  I've been many times in Varna and I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel is the price and location very convenient, the staff smiling and very welcoming, the bar is open 24 hours, good breakfast,spacious rooms and very clean, I have to congratulate the cleaning lady - Service of the staff. Good atmosphere. Excellent location.

  Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.   Everything. The hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. The piano bar a great place to spend the evening. Staff very happy to help. Great that we could eat breakfast in the hotel because worried about having a voucher for breakfast outside the hotel.   We liked everythng about the hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the city center , the Sea Garden and with unobstructed sea view.The staff at the reception was very helpful, speaking good English.   The Hotel Oceanic is a great hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are enormous. Security is up to the minute with access available only to the floor where your room is situated - the lift is operated by a security key card.
