Excellent service - the couple which holds the vila is very polite, they were very friendly but keeping for you enough space not to feel bothered. At the same time anything was ever missing. The vila is located at quite suburb district about 15 min from the new town and 25 min from the old town. It was very convinient becausewhen you want to relax you can do it and when you want to enjoy yourself you can also do it. Actually this was one of my best customer service experiences in Bulgaria, wher.
