The porter were exceptional helping me park my car, moving it because the police had requested it to be removed during a rally taking place outside and with directions.   We booked two apartments for our holiday and both times we were very happy and satisfied with the accomodation and the personell. The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. The apartment we got was cituated in the heart of the city but at the same time at a quite place so we we... what people say » ren't disturbed by the noise. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp - The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.
