  Our apartment was large and spacious. We have booked a studio and we were given an one room apartment. It was fully equipped.There was a fireplace but we don't used it. The weather was warm enough (end of June). Every morning we enjoyed the coffee at the balcony watching the wonderful views.Breakfast was not a buffet but tasty and enough. Some issues was minor and solved easily. - Helpful staff, big apartments, beautiful view to the mountain, a fully equiped kitchen, near to the lift Studenets 2, near to the main road Smolyan-Plovdiv. The GPS coordinate are correct, but there is no sign with the name of the hotel.

  We found everything to be of high quality and exceeded our expectations. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location was perfect for our ski holiday and useful to have a ski depot for storage of equipment.   The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, clean and tidy with all necessary facilities. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was fine. It's not far away from the ski lifts. - friendly staff, good bus transfer to the ski area, warm and nice rooms, very good masage !
