all reviews » We liked this hotel very much, We stayed in daisy apartments and they were clean and spacious. There are good resturants and bars in the hotel and it is right on the slopes and near all the lifts. Room was warm and cosy.surrounding nature. Well located, good modern facilities, good breakfast, easy to check in and out, helpful staff who made us feel welcome.Close to the pistes and the restaurants, clean apart hotel, spaciousroom, friendly staff. Room very comfortable.The spacious appartment. Interior designed for winter sports breaks (holidays). new building , nice and helpfull personel , close to ski slopes. The room was good sized and furnished adequately. The Borovets ski resort area was enjoyable. The staff was most pleasant and cooperative when we decided to leave two days early. close from ski run. breakfast was cold. The quality of the food for breakfast was not so perfect. Many different things but not the best BG quality of it.The tele has BBC world in English only. Tiny pillows on the bed. But thats just being picky. missing curtains in the room! and not working heating (also in summer is cold in mountains!). Only a minor point, but like many hotels it was a bit hot at night for sleeping comfortably. With the temperature -10 outside it was also quite difficult to use windows to regulate the room temperature to a more normal level - although we did manage this after first night. Rather fragmented situation with the restaurants, the pool and the barat a different building. Breakfast could be improved in quality (ie.Honey, jams etc.),NOT so strict enforcement of the breakfast time limit.Breakfast,dinner. It was a little bit confusing what the status of Apart Hotel Flora Residence was. The appartments we booked were in the same building as the Flora Hotel. The picture of Apart Hotel Flora Residence was a little misleading. The building is there but there are no appartments in that building.You should go ouside for swimming pool and fitness , because of other building. There was heat and hot water only 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening. The room was never adequately warm. We had chosen this place primarily because it had an indoor pool, but the heating of the water was turned off and so the pool was unusable. We planned to stay 4 days, but left after two.poor facilities, had to pay for access to jacuzzi, poor selection of treatment in the spa. Everything, but particularly the staff. They could not assist with anything.
