Staff was very friendly. They even made us breakfast to go the day we were leaving coz it was early. You need to give them half hour warning to turn on the sauna, steam-bath and jacuzzi, which is cool. Rooms were warm and there was always hot water. Breakfast varied each day, which was cool; was tasty and very sufficient. It was clean and safe; the guys would forget the doors open and nothign went missing. Great location. Definately value for money. I would stay there again.

I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!. Prices are very good forbut the service that they give. Rooms are really clean. They have shuttle to the gondola. The driver is so friendly and helpful. Late check out is allowed. They helped me find bus to sofia and they gave me a ride to bus station. Great service, the two ladies were always friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offers excellent local food at decent prices. Sauna facilities were brand new and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. All in all we had a great stay. Very good price for the services. People very friendly. Very good conditions in the rooms. Also breakfast is ok and overall a good choice for staying in Bansko!. Great value for money, clean, near the gondola and town center. Coffee from the machine for breakfast was terrible. Sound insulation from the corridor was poor but from the walls and windows was very good. Due to the excess water drain in the bathroom floor, it left a musty smell; I reccomend you close the bathroom door and air your room once a day. Nothing. Wi-fi connection is good but not stable. I think it requires better modem for that number of guests. Little bit noisy in the rooms (you hear almost everything happening at your floor). The bed had split mattresses. That was a bit of a discomfort, if one couple is lovers. The mattresses created a big gap between them. Poor Wi-fi. spa and jacuzzi centre was a little overpriced and under welming.
