There was not to much of a nightlife in bansko due to the time of the year. The doors are hard to close.

Very comfortable rooms, super comfortable beds, excellent wifi internet (average 17Mb speed) which is free all over the hotel. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, check in was fast. Breakfast is a lovely buffet including eggs and Bacon etc. Pool and spa facilities are very good. It's all so good that we are staying in one of the apartments for 2 months now!

My only 1 criticism is the size of the television in the room which we had. It was way too small and not fitting with the quality of the surrounding room and hotel.

Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

The lighting in the room was weak. There are some building works around the hotel but it is all around Bansko and it is not the fault of the hotel. The bathroom was new and comfortable with power shower, however the design could be a bit more modern.

There ought to be a shuttle service to Bansko center in the evenings also, at least every hour.

We are more than satisfied with the hotel. Everything was great, the large and clean rooms, the friendly and very polite staff, the ski hire shop that is located in the hotel, the magnificent view to the mountain. An excellent hotel overall.

The surroundings of the building, but this is nothing the hotel can do.

Excellent! Magical! Astonishing! I must say that I have visited many hotels in my life and i don't remember having stayed at a more cosy and pleasant hotel. The service was outstanding, the food even better, the rooms are massive, and very home-like. The spa area is big enough and very beautifully designed - the swimming pool is warm - as opposed to the rest of the hotels in Bansko. Don't be fooled! there is no comparison with the other hotels whatsoever! Pure affordable luxury!

Not much the landscape around it needs some fixing... Can't think of anything else

the breakfast was excellent,they even served champagne.the hotel is beautiful,but there are many things that should be overdone.

we requested an apartment with a king-size bed,but in the end the beds were two,separated,so the sleep was not comfortable at all. The sound of the TV in the bedroom did not work. the spa center was full of screaming ,yelling kids,it was water everywhere,on the floor. we could not rest at all,and as a matter of fact this was the purpose of our vacation after all. Beautiful hotel,poor service.
