It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP. So, I cherish it. Nice old style house with old and beautiful furniture. Waterfall sound nearby.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
