This is a very good hotel,good rooms,good breakfast.Staff is kind and facilities are now well kept (not so good in 2011)

Local television was unavailable for the entire stay,3 days.No turndown service in the evening.Expensive internet.Pricing policy is as follows:weekrates 1630 Reais,weekend 510 reais...Very expensive bar service as well.

The cafes did not serve good food. The staff at a 5 star hotel wear T-shirts. My safety was compromised there was a situation with the phone system and people approaching my hotel room door.
