What people say

All the rest. Only 10 min walk to a really cool/active beach. Sunset view was nice. TV had a few English channels. Buzios in general. The brasilian guy with white hair of the reception was quite rude. The rest of the staff were very kind. Walking up the hill it sits on wasn't great. About a 20 minute walk to main strip. Wifi was in and out. Booked a triple room that only had two proper beds and a substandard child's one, asked for a proper one to no avail, we were traveling with an old person and there was no lift or ground level acomodation. Nor any reference to that fact in the website, As a long standing happy user of letsbookhotel.com services, always has been a pleaseant surprise to get to any hotel, this has been the only time were service sucks big time,.
