What people say

Staff had some English which was very nice and helpful. We asked to check out late because our bus was in the evening and we were given more time than we asked for without any fuss. The bathroom wasn't totally clean and the sensors to turn the lights on in the corridor outside our room either weren't working or didn't exist so we had to walk up the corridor in the dark and wave about to get the lights on. It was fine, but I'd say it's a 3* hotel in international terms, as seems to be the case with most 4* and 5*brazillian hotels.
