What people say
The place has a very nice location and from our cabin we had a beautiful
panoramic view of the valley. Our cabin had been renovated and looked
very nice inside, with all modern comfort (even microwave and dish
washer). The lady at the reception was also very friendly and helped
where she could - she speaks Dutch, French and basic English.

The Chalet was newly refurished, comfortable and well equipped.
Very comfortable, nice kitchen, fully equipped with food processor,
blender, nice pans.
One downside is the fact that the whole vacation parc of the
"Domaine" is currently still being renovated (which I can
imagine costs a lot of money) so not all cabins had yet been renovated -
therefore some areas of the park were somehow desolate because those
cabins were in bad condition.
Room cleaning €50 extra and €12 per person for bedding, this could be included in price.
Bar & Restaurant not open.
1 - A lot of hidden expenses that are not obvious when booking.
2 - No one at reception when we arrived although we were well within the booking in time and after such a long drive from the UK was upsetting.
3 - The approach and was very shabby and rundown and very off putting.
4 - When the park is fully refurbished it will be lovely but in the meantime it's not very
comfortable to roam around.
Lots of extra expenses, terrible customer service, still have not been
reimbursed for my deposit of 150 euro after more than 3 weeks!! I have
written twice to the management and still no response! I am reporting to
the authorities next week.
