The owners are extremely helpful and outgoing, the interiors are very consistent in contrasting black/white style with an eye for detail, the room I had (the 'rabbit room') was very spacious and comfortable. Complimentary bathroom items were above average and free coffee and water and amaretto biscuit were provided.

  Perfect place to stay. The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay in their home. They are justifiably very proud of their town and eagerly share their knowledge and love of it. Tea, coffee and water freely available all day and beer, wine and soft drinks at cheap prices. Highly recommended by us and we will stay there again.

  On the morning of my arrival I arrive very early in Leuven, way too early for check in. The girl invited me in anyway, could store my luggage, warm up, charge my laptop and even got coffee. Very nice and flexible gesture. The owner, Michel, has set up the place with a simple and elegant balance between medieval & contemporary - very nice . . . and very clean! The breakfast was fresh & tasty with a couple of unique elements. Michel - This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest.
