The noise insulation (street) is not optimal. there was no soap dish or soap dispensor in the bathroom. That there was not tea making facilities in the room.No voicemail service for messages. Instead, staff typed out the messageand left it in your room. Quality of breakfast was poor - both the food and drinks on offer and the selection. Airconditioning was inefficient, when temperatures were higher. The dinner options on Monday, the fact that I was given two single beds even though I made a reservation for one, the fact that there are no non-smoking rooms in the hotel (but I hear that will change soon). I think 15E per host for the breakfast are worthless. Just exit the hotel and enter the center the city... I am not really a fan of so called jacuzzi's in a small bathroom.Glasses for mini bar in our room were not clean at all. the room was small. The room we booked needed urgent refurbishment (shower, paint on the walls). For the price we paid, I was expecting a much higher standard. It is a pity because the hotel was very well situated in the heart of Leuven and the common areas of the hotel are really elegant.

Important information to guests

Guests who will be arriving by car are recommended to put Minderbroederstraat into their GPS device and then take the first street on the left. This will take you directly to the hotel. Please note that due to road works in Leuven, traffic is deviated. Please contact the hotel for detailed detour instructions. At this hotel, it is also possible to pay with Edenred Eco-Cheques, for the accommodation only (excluding breakfast, City Tax and other fees).
