facilities. Well equipped, way better, then a hotel, it is a home.It is a small studio. It is very convinient. Receptive, friendly staff. Spacious. Apartment-like facilities. Good price compared to hotel rates. Our apartment was clean and tidy and welcoming. Short brisk walk to railway station.Room was very cozy and well furnished. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere, withrespectful neighbors. Abundant breakfasts.

Location. bedside light not working. Heating was iffy downstairs. Worked well in bedroom so was not a big problem.Dont expect feather beds and down pillows -- but basic and comfortable furniture. Staff sometimes hard to find-- office not always open during what wouldbe regular U.S. business hours.walls and doors are rather thin, so if you have noisy neighbours it'd be very loud. however, i was lucky with my neighbours. :). Breakfast facility. I had a look on the breakfast budget but it was not inspiring.No smoking rooms but I supose I am biased to this view being a smoker!. The beds were like a hammock, really uncomfortable. Although the flat is furnished, they require a lot of fixing. For example the water was dripping all night long. There was not enough hot water for even 2 people and we were 4.small couch not very comfortable, heater downstairs was not working very well, and bathroom had a musty smell. only had weekly towel service. No soap nor shampoo.The walls of the appartement are very 'thin'. the neighbours arguing kept me from sleeping. On 1st nt was awoken at 00.30hrs by water leaking through ceiling on bed. Rm above taking (lengthy) shower. Judging by (dirty) ceiling this wasn't 1st time. Alerted porter from mobile. He did check and was to contact plumber. Doubt this has been done. Not much sleep 1st night as a result. Be interested in how CL Flats deal with this incident and how to compensate as no feedback to date.No, I was suppose to stay at Brussels - in city flats and I requested for the same at Leuven office but the administration did not helped me inthis matter and it disaapointed me the entire trip. Poor construction especially on second floor, used toilet paper, nocleaning or change of sheets during our stay.letsbookhotel.com did not state that the apartment is at another location than the reception. Apartment was not clean (hairs and dirt at toilet and bathroom), shower hose broken. renewal of bathrooms - I have been accommodated in CityFlats several time, each time in different room but all bathrooms need renewal. To be described as a business flat is ridicules, the room and bathroom was damp, the shower cubicle door fell apart every time you tried to open or close it. The bed was uncomfortable and so worn the wooden slats kept falling out. Thermostat didn't work so it was very hot. Not told to pick up keys from a different address. No breakfast delivered although it was paid for.dirty old and decrepit, health hazard. Many things: the ceiling was too low, there was no soap in the shower,no trash can, no light next to the bed, the bed was extremely weak (itsstructure ruined during the night), the toilet was dark, there was nochair, but only a bench to sit on the table. It wasn't the worse room ofmy life, but for the money I paid I expected much more.Noisy, unclean.

Our complex has no own bar or resto, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.
On walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.
At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.
