The room was very large and lovely with a four poster bed and living
room area. The bathroom was large and very up-to-date with an amazing
stained glass window that had been made long ago at this very house.
Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. The fresh breakfast was
wonderful and all this was within a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. We
wish we had booked more than one night and plan to go back the next time
we're in Europe.

Everything is like you can see on the photos, but in real its nicer! Especially the host was very nice and helpful and his recommands were perfect! We had 100% privacy! We were happy to have such a nice room and comfortable beds, because we were staying 4 nights and we had 4 of days rain, rain, rain, rain and softrain. So it´s good to have a great accomondition! And the breaktfast was great with fresh orange-juice and fresh fruit-salad great tasting coffee or real belgium hot chocolate.

Beautiful place to stay, right in the centre of Bruges but on a small street so no traffic noise and very near the canal. Loved the light, airy and luxurious room (vanilla room) which also had a lovely roll top slipper bath and walk in shower. Very friendly but unobtrusive staff met us and showed us around and served a great continental breakfast. Honesty bar and access to kitchen for teas and coffees was a nice touch. What a great visit to Bruges. We went for the Christmas markets and had a limited amount of time (just 24 hours) so location was extremely important. Wow, were we lucky to have found the Guesthouse Mirabel. We arrived there before the check-in time but the owner's lovely son welcomed us in to the wonderful guesthouse and offered us coffee whilst we waited for the owner, Gaston, to arrive.
