  This is my favourite hotel in Brussels and I intend returning again and again. Excellent reduced weekend rate, quiet and safe cosmopolitan area, plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance, easy parking in front of the hotel and free at weekends, trendy boutique hotel, warm welcome, clean room, great minibar (eventhough I didn'... what people say » t use it), friendly night porter. - I really liked the modern decour of the hotel, aswell as the very helpful staff and also I loved the Spa and the facilities within it. The hotel bar was really nice, we had some cocktails on our first night and found the bar-staff to be really friendly and helpful, all in all it was a good experience.

  I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both ... what people say » a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

  It impressed me in the first place because of great and very nice design. It was comfortable, clean, staff was very nice and helpful, food was excellent ... I like the green action (if you don't want your room to be cleaned every day, they aprriciate this by giving you a voucher). It is close to the city centre, so you can have a nice walk, yet if... what people say » you here on bussines with the EU, you're almost in the heart of the EU district. - The hotel is very nice, even excellent as regards the rooms, the breakfast and the location (in the European district). The eco-friendly character of the hotel is an added value in itself. It was my first stay and I was very positive surprised by the fact that one hour free use of internet is included in the room rate and I could also print my boarding pass for free. I will try to book this hotel in the future.
