  We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper. We chose the location as it suited us for travelling between the WW1 battlefields and ... what people say » as the B&B is in a quiet spot it became a relaxing retreat from a busy day out, the room was beautifully decorated and much more comfortable than - In one word I liked "EVERYTHING...!" Anne and Filip were fabulous hosts, going above and beyond their duty to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The layout of the B&B, the fantastic rural views, the small pond, the bridge, the doves, geese, black swans were like out of a romantic film. I liked being our of the town and in the country more so this was a fantastic location. Our room was nicely designed, decorated and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and quiet.
