atmosphere, furnature, bed, bathroom, little attentions like umbrella in the closet, nice books in the room, etc. the restaurant, bar. obviously run by people with love for their business.

no. travelled a lot, I'm quite a critical guest. just loved it.

The room was too warm

It was not so good to use the computer-it didnt work satisfactorily

Our room was excellent. We had a problem with the shower in the room and when we mentioned it to housekeeping it was sorted straight away. We were very impressed.

Very expensive to have Breakfast in the hotel

Room was very large and clean. Hotel itself was classic with an old style lift as well as modern elevators. Front desk staff including consierge staff was very friendly and helpful

It was very regal. A beautiful room.Piano bar was relaxing.Cafe at front great food and service

Everything, if you want to be pampered this is the hotel. Breakfast is just wonderful.

If you need a room with a view then don't stay on the first floor at the back of the hotel.

The hotel staff was very kind.

The room's furniture was a little too old and also the room was quite small.

In the interior place of the Hotel (within the different buildings),there are air conditioning or other machines which make a lot of noise.Even though they are situated in the basement, the noise can be heardeven from the sixth floor where our room was located.

Beautiful Hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely large room and hugebed. The champagne breakfast served to your room was gorgeous.

i had found an special offer, i guess is just because the hotel needs a minimal occupation to cover, so.. Anyway, it's a very nice luxury stile hotel, the breakfast buffet was just lovable and has all the facilities of a 5*L hotel. Ubication couldnt be better, is in the heart of brussels.

i just stayed one night saddly, hehehehe
