Position was where we needed to be; staff were extremely helpful; room was just what we needed; reduced rate brought it within the price bracket we sought. The freedom of self catering and the extra space by having a four person apartment. Plenty of space in the car park.very big room you get alot for your money. value for money. Location of the Hotel was excellent for touring and I stayed at the Toison d'Or in August 2006 for the period of my son's wedding.

It was a flat by itself. we could cook a meal, wash the plates etc. Internet was excellent. - Position near metro station and connection with the airoport; - Facilities for kichen. It was comfortable and very close to Metro. well located; correct room. The kitchen. Very well equiped. Rooms and location of the hotel. they were good sized rooms. the apartment was relatively spacious and very quiet. Extremely good location, 1 minute walk from Louise metro station. The room was also silent. i like the location, how the room was equiped with different mashines and dishs.The hotel is ideally placed next to louisa metro station. Access to/from the car park tricky with our estate car - some tight corners.I would like towels to be changed on a regular two day basis. I asked for a towel change and it was 3 days before it happened. - Changing towels only once a week; Position of the room just above the supermarket, there is noise during the mornings; Breakfast too expensive.they ahould provide more info about what kind of beds there are in the apartment for 4 people. The rooms had a bad odour, we had to keep the windows open for a while, but after that it was fine. The bed. It was very hard and creaking. The room was too small for an apartment. Reception was very unhelpful. It would be nice if there were a table lamp - people who need to work or would like to read in the evening would appreciate it. The rooms were cold: the radiators were too small and the bedclothes were not appropriate for the winter, but no extra blanket available in the room either.i had to clean my room and put away garbage by myself and also i didnt find any interest in serving me. On arrival they tried to bill for nearly a thousand euros more than the letsbookhotel.com price. they were pretty aggressive about this and it caused a big argument later in the stay. The staff smiled rarely and were not very welcoming. Getting a cab on the last day was a joke. Their preferred cab company did not work until 9:30 am. All in all at best indifferent at worst, bloody rude.
