It was a good experience again. Good standard of facilities, cleanliness and at a good price! The staff were very good. The convenience to the main highway as ths made my journey the next day very easy.Friendly Staff, good Price. The only negative point is that perhaps more coffee/milk in the room would have been good. One cup of coffee and one cup of tea per person isn't enough. There was only enough milk for one or the other so we had to have black coffee ~ yuk!. Quite a long way to the City centre, but you can follow the Pretoriasstreet (on the other side of the bridge over the Singel) to the nearest Tram stop.They should live up to 3star hotel, more choices of coffee or tea should be provided. The cleaning service did not knock before they entered the room in the morning -- that was annoying.It's the second time we are at this hotel!. It would be better to include breakfast in a roomrate. A possibility to check e-mail for free would be a plus.price of bottled water. No air conditioning in the bedrooms, or extractor fans in the bathrooms. Told us that are booking was not in their computer for the second night and so did not clean our room or replace the towels on the 2nd day. Not sure whether poor sound isolation is to blame, but the fact is that we were much disturbed by noisy early risers. While it was value for money, it was quite a way out of the center of town. The hotel was clean and the staff good, but i was under the impression i had paid by card. I had to pay again.Basic, shabby decoration and presentation. Good rate, ok for a short notice, one night stopover sleeping place. bathroom was cold, internet use was expensive. Not very easy to find the hotel; although the access to the city center is fast and easy. There was a nasty smell in the corridor, it smelt very damp. Absoulotely no friendly service by staff.
