Really great staff especially the Brazilian girl on reception who couldn't have been more helpful. The kitchen was very useful too. The location was fantastic, so well placed for getting anywhere on public transport. It is very very close to Westbanhof station (one of the main stations in Vienna), and it is also well communicated by bus and underground. It was also very clean and comftable.
all reviews » the staff was really good, very helpful, just the clothes they wore seemed too casual. The hotel is very near train station and all the shops, restaurants, haus des meers. Very nice staff who helped us with many questions and doubts about the city. Spacious room with a fridge. Good location. Well, it was of course a cheap holtel, that is the first thing, what i liked, the second is the good location.... ...but!. mariahilferstrasse, close to westbahnhof and public transport. free foosball in the lobby. No towels in room, I had a towel as had been camping but don't normally take a towel on holiday. no towels in rooms, no shampoos or soap. thought it should be included in the price, as i thought it was quite high anyway for the type of room it was. You have to leave a 50€ deposit or a personal document until you check-out. We didn't get towels, soap and shampoo. Too much noise at midnight. Wi-fi not in room, just lobby. Toilet wasn't very hygienic, but it wasn't a big deal. There is some slightly strange smells in the corridor. The WIFI is not very good. It could not be connected from time to time and you have to go to the lobby to get it. Demand ID of the person on the booking form as a deposit - no option to leave cash instead Only allowed to use one communal kitchen on a different floor as we were not staying many nights. no soap,towels. But, there wasnt any towel in the room, no sope at all, it was a trouble with the chek in (it was about one and a half hour, at last they give us a room, and after 15 minutes we had to move to another room...) So the stuff was friendly, but it was just a sorry, for the inconvenience situation... no soap, no towels.
