Great stay, super location very close to Westbahnhof metro station and Mariahilferstrasse. I asked for late check-out and it was provided for free. And the bed was really comfortable :) Definitely would like to come back, maybe in February ...

Close to westbanhof and shopping center. Very easy access to underground, train station and various tram. We can reach schonburn by tram, very practical. Many restaurant nearby. Room is clean and comfortable

The hotel is located very close to metro station (U-bahn), train station (Westbahnhof) and the walking street Mariahilfer Straße. Cleanliness and comfort level are excelent. The staff is very helpful and polite. The underground garage is very nice. In room there is minifridge, safe, toiletery, hair dryer, tea, coffee and at request slippers are provided.

Wi-Fi is not free of charge and the computers in the lobby are really slow when browsing the Internet.

The room was really clean, and the bed awesome. There were the thing you needed, and a bit more.

You have to pay extra for wifi. Thats really a downer, when lots of other hotels have it for free.

the staff was very friendly, 24-hour open reception, the hotel is right next to the most commercial street in Vienna, very comfortable rooms

the temperature of the heating was centrally fixed so we could not turn on the heat more than a certain level

Superb hotel with exceptional kind & friendly service + staff, real 4-stars hotel on valuable price. I would like to "reward" Christina (short hair lady at the front desk) she was extremely kind & helpful on my requests. We arrived one hour before check-in time and we could occupy our room, We asked late check-out (1 PM) and it was free of charge. Minibar was empty, however we used it as a fridge for own food :) Breakfast is delicious, big selection of cold/warm foods. Hotel is 2-min walk from Westbahnhof & U3 metro & Vienna's shopping street

The location of the Hotel was very convenient, very close to Westbahnhof and also easy access to city center with U3 metroline.

The breakfast room was not big enough to suit all the people, people had to wait in line to be seated for breakfast on our last day.

The receptionist, Bibiana, is very friendly, responsive and provided excellent information about places to visit. When we reported that the toilet flush did not work, she immediately remedied that by giving us a different room plus an access to the business room to "cure" our disappointment.

Nice, cozy hotel, located in a very convenient spot. The staff were good and helpful. Very clean. The breakfast was very nice and rich. A recommendable hotel, considering that you did get what you expected.

I always comment negatively on hotels which don't have free internet access. I believe nowadays, providing a free wifi for the guests is a prerequisite, just as hot water in the bathroom is, especially for guests who stay for business purposes.

1) Location is close to Wien West Train Station, shopping street, and subway station. 2) Shower room has chair to sit while taking bath, but must be careful as it might be slippery.

No free WiFi at any location. Even the hold provides 3 computers for guests to use, it is long queue to be able to use internet for checking something. It is very inconvenience.

1.Very good position of the hotel, very close to metro station Westbahnhof- metro line U3 goes straight to Stephansplatz and Volkstheater (museums quartier). 2.Very clean hotel, friendly staff. 3.Satisfactory breakfast, good quality,there is a coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino etc, juices, breads,eggs.croissants.
