  The price was quite good for the area, and the hotel offers 4-person rooms for families with kids, which can sometimes be hard to find. Our group had one quad and two doubles, all with lovely balconies. The included breakfast was quite nice. It was good to be able to park (for free) at the back of the hotel, with relatively easy access to get our ... what people say » suitcases into our rooms. We were only there for one night, on our way from Germany to the Italian Alps. No real wow factor for this hotel, except for - Good location for the nearby Mieders Coaster (down hill ride) which was the purpose of the stop over. Called ahead as we were going to arrive at midnight and keys and instructions were left in a gift bag at the rear of the hotel. Rooms had balconies which caught the morning sun.

  The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Wonderful mountains views from the windows. The hotel personnel is very friendly and kind. The apartments are clean and cozy with all necessary facilities. The mountain lifts to Schlick2000 are in 7 minutes drive and Stubai Glacier –in 15 minutes drive by car or ski-bus from the hotel. You can - It was our dream to stay in such a fairy and magical home in Alps. And dream came true! Our hosts are extremely nice and hospitable people. The room is cozy, the mountain view is unbelievable, alpine meadow with caws and fragrant grass and flowers - unforgettable! Special thanks for fresh milk for breakfast. It was amazingly tasty! We were really happy to stay there :)

  The accomdations were beautiful and comfortable. The owner/operators were very hospitable and helpful. Even though neither of us could spreak the other's languages we had no problem communicating. Very enjoyable. The best B&B we have stayed at, ever.

  Josef Penz and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Alway available. We enjoyed their company. We would highly recommend Landhaus Penz. - Excellent place, nice and clean, perfect for families with childrens, close to everything you need. The owners are very nice
