Everything is done to a very exacting standard - staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are superbly appointed and all furniture is of excellent quality including one of the comfiest hotel beds we have ever experienced. The restaurant was charming and all meals were well presented and of faultless quality particularly the breakfast buffet which exceeded most at 5* hotels we have used. The spa was spotless and well equipped with loads of towels etc and the iced mineral water was a n.
