Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this resort -

Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

Wonderfull staff, very cosy and welcoming house, excellent value for the money. Had free wireless internet everywhere, room was clean, breakfast was great. We went there for a relaxing holiday before the summer season was over.
The hotel is very confortable - we had a double deluxe, which is really big with a really big terrace. Bathroom is rather small, but it is allright.

The 'standard' room was of a good size and well equipped. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful and almost all spoke good English. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. Every course was a treat to be savoured! Only 150m from a very modern gondola station. -

We stayed for our ski vocation for the first time in Zell am Ziller,we enjoyed every single minute that we spent in the hotel.First of all it was very warm welcome from the staff.Secondly,very great room with a lot of space,amazing view from balcony and of couurse amazing breakfast at the morning.
