  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction.   Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. Also especially well located for my wife who has mobility diffioculties. - The hotel has individual character and charm.   It was nice time to stay at active apartments, this is second time for me in there and it will not be the last, Mary Alm and active apartments excellent place to visit. - Every things were very good, I liked the location cause its in quit and nice area, all people there are friendly, close to supermarket, 19 km to zell am see.
