  Everything was very clean. The hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pools. Room was big enough for the 4 of us. The hotel has indoor and outdoor facilities for children, with very friendly staff. They were organizing all kind of activities for children. The restaurant provides very good choices for each meal and also a good variety of meals for chi... what people say » ldren. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone could speak English. Locatio - I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.

  Family oriented hotel with plenty of attractions for kids. Very good breakfast as well as dinner, heated pools, very good playground and little zoo. We felt so well here. - Very friendly staff. Food enjoyed by adults and kids alike. Hot outdoor pool. Most importantly extremely easy to get from bus stop (50m from hotel) to Alpendorf gondola.

  Staff very welcoming and helpful. Service very good. Spa facilities clean. Outdoor pool heated to 28 deg C even in end October. Evening meal and breakfast buffet very good. Undercover, safe parking for our tandem bike. Hotel is direct on the Tauern cycleway. - Most of all I was very satisfied with the staff. Sauna was perfect as well.

Full of information about what to do in the area. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything there at your fingertips.   The owners are very friendly couple. The room was in fact a small studio, with small kitchen box, equipped with everything need, a dining corner with a quite big table and a balcony towards the mountains. This is the best room at a gust house we've ever been. Everything is new is spotlessly clean. - Clean and modern rooms, right next to ski lifts... what people say » (however I was there too early to use them).
