Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

Every restaurant and entertainment recommendation made to us was without fault. Hotel was warm and most comfortable. Had the most beautiful big room. - The location is perfect; staff very helpful

The rooms were stunning and totally relaxing. Sumptuous but in a very modern way. The seat in the window was really good. Wifi was fast with a good signal in the rooms. staff were very welcoming.
