  This is a brand new hotel that is built very close to the new Hauptbahnhof of Vienna that is currently under construction. The staff is superfriendly, the room and the bathroom are very clean and neat, the food is excellent in the bar, the gym is good for a general workout. The rooms are spacious, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the enormous shower and the seperate toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The garden was very nice to kick back and relax. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, but it's only 3 subway stops away from almost everything.

  Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available ... what people say » for our stay ...which meant we ahd access to the 'executive lounge' this was a great facility ....alomost like a members bar ...that had all day tea and coffee and soft drinks..also a small selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.
