  Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend this resort - Loved... what people say » the style of the hotel - modern yet still with a Tyrolean feel. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

  Beautiful scenery, great location near the ski slopes, excellent service, warm and inviting environment, nice spa facilities and an indoor swimming pool with an enchanting view to the Alps.   We loved everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by the front staff upon arrival and whenever passing by the desk. Our room was ample in space with a large sitting area, double closet and two room bath (toilet is a separate room). We also had a balcony that overlooked the Swartzsee.
