Althought it was not easy to find the place (our GPS did not really help us :-)), the friendly hosts, the beautiful environment, the unbeleivable view, the comfortable house compensated us for everything. Set in a beautiful quiet setting, apt was beautifully done, comfortable. Walking distance to the tram station , close to a big supermarket . It's also only 10 mins by car to Muttereralm ski slopes. Thank you to Andrea, especially cleaning up our apt daily . We will definitely be back

The view from the hotel window is amazing - you wake up and see the mountains with snow - like out of a postcard. Very close to Innsbruck - 8 mins by car. And very close to various skiing centres. The hotel staff is also very helpful - ask them for advice if it is your first time skiing. The closest skiing can be done in Igls - good for beginners

The staff is friendly. The apartment we stayed in was a great value for our money. We had 2 bedrooms, a balcony that overlooked beautiful mountains, and the lovely landscaped backyard. There was a well equipped kitchen, comfortable eating area and living room. They also had a sauna, pool, and new muscle relaxation chamber.
