Set in a beautiful location at the base of mountains. This is a family run hotel and we enjoyed our stay, the restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Everything...........This hotel is in the outskirts of Innsbrook, but very accessible with a bus that parks right outside the hotel and takes off every hour. Rooms really clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Not really far from the city(there is also a bus stop near there). We really liked this hotel.
all reviews » Excellent furnitured cosy rooms. Remote location, but still just 10 min. away by car from Innsbruck centre. Modest yet still pleasant breakfast. Very clean place, friendly staff. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but definitely enough to keep you going the whole day. Beautiful location. Was a little further out of town than we expected. Nothing. No heating in the summer, so wet towels in the evening are still wet in the morning. Short blankets. If you're 180+ cm, then deside what to get cold during the night - shoulders or feet ;) Free internet (regular PC) is at the lobby only. Location is a bit far from the center of Innsbruck, so access without a car is not easy. Nothing. Smoking permitted in one dining room although there was a separate non-smoking section. Very uncomfortable mattress and bed. difficult to locate on gps, quite far from Innsbruck,. Location is very far out. The extra pay for using Wi-Fi. The boss of hotel was not nice, he can speak english but not willing to answer my questions. I don't know why just me need to leave the passport in his office. For what? Otherwise he need extra deposit which is eur50, the amount over the room charge. I feel unfair and I will not go to that hotel again. The Air condition system is not working. The staff are very bad. The beds are not confirtable at all. The bathroom are not clean and consist of two parts. There are insects in the room. I found two insects in the beds. There is no free WiFi compare to price. The staff take my passport and they are not allow me to take it untill the check out. They only think about the mony. The dinner is very very bad. I realy spend two nights which is very bad in this hotel during my all trip. Wifi by the hour (5 euro) had to buy tickets by the hour Poor location (bus every hour or so) Old furnishings Very cold (no thermostat) I actually have a cold now Closed main reception until it would appear 4 pm every day. Left after 1st day not sure about breakfast.
