The room was immaculate and spacious and right next to 3 supermarkets . only 5min drive from flughaven . keyless entry and electric blinds . basic but good kitchen and lovely bathroom. The apartment was as described (fully equipped kitchen) and shown in photos. The location is fairly central with excellent public transport facilities in the vicinity. - Good location, 15 minutes on foot from city center - Clean well maintained accommodation - Free parking possible to find.
all reviews » We stayed at Mitterweg 13 for 2 nights. The location is very good. There are two supermarkets located very near to the apartment. The bus stop to town centre and the main train station is very very close. Although the kitchenware is very basic, we were provided with a microwave (which we made a request before arriving). The toilet is very clean. nice, clean little apartment with a small kitchen so we could do our own cooking. lots of shops around and friendly staff who answered all our questions. It was not too far from the city centre (20 min walk), and very close to supermarkets. The room was functional and the bed very spacious for one person. Space with everything necessary for a studio. Very good location, 15 minutes walk to the center, supermarkets and bus just in front. Kitchenette was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Supermarkets were very nearby. Good equipment in the room I.E. refrigerator, kettle, kitchen equipment. very close to 2 supermarkets. Nothing!. The view from the hotel room. close to the Inn riviera. the bill for the hotel was charged on my visa the day before we arrived , i was planning on using a different card. Also the kettle didnt work. Unfortunately, no broom/mop available to clean during the week's stay - with extra charges for room cleaning. Internet is useless. The internet is not free. And one password can be used for only one laptop. The kitchenware is very basic. There is no knife for cutting meat. As it is a studio, so when we cooked, the smell of the food was in the room the whole night because the window cannot be opened. not many bars or much to do around it. quite expensive for what it was - very basic but we paid about £75 a night. had to ask for more toilet roll and they didnt bother to come and do our room on a morning. wifi cost - only 3 euros for 24 hour, but only 1 device could use it at a time and we had 2 phones and a laptop to share it between! it was also really bad wifi, we could only pick it up sat in a certain spot on the floor and it was constantly kicking us off. The managers/owners of the building, sat every night under the appartment window, drinking, talking really loud, laughing and listening to loud music until about 1am. It was really difficult to sleep. The entrance to the house in which the apartment is was rather scary in the dark. Not very confortable, the walls were bit dark. For start the wifi was supposed to be free but in the end we had to buy vouchers for it... but the worse was that on the 3rd floor the internet signal is the lowest possible or not existing, making it impossible to use. Ground floor apartment with entrance from the car park felt insecure. Busy main road was noisy. Other visitors smoked in the garden directly outside the window to the apartment. Location was convenient for buses/walking into the old town, but was also in the midst of a busy out-of-town shopping area. - Difficult to contact with the staff because it's separated the building - a bit expensive car park fee - We got the smoking room. Quite far away from the city, and you have to take the bus to go out every time. Actually it's a bit expensive (75Euro per night) considering that it just provides a small room with small kitchenette but no internet nor other services. There should be more choices if you don't really need a kitchen. Stay off this place!. Lots of basic amenities were missing for an apartment type hotel. The kitchen was not enough equipped - there was only one frying pan and one other pot, and that is for 4 people apartment. No exhaust, no microwave oven. dishwasher was not working, no dishwasher soap, cockroaches here and there etc. No soap in toilet. One bed was provided by converting sofa into a bed. The water supply was behaving strangely - suddenly hot and other moment cold water was supplied. smell of tobacco everywhere in the building.
