clean, some nice staff, cheaper than sister hotel, Schloss Fuschl. Location, facilities, and staff. Wonderful location. No Air-Conditioning. During summer there has to be aircondition as the area is closed and humid due to the lake.expensive, dispute about charges, some arrogance, too far from Salzburg, expensive extras. rooms are too small, and didnt have the option to select the size from the web.
