on that day the car park access was closed and we had to walk four blocks with all our bags to reach the carpark - and still paid the same rate as the valet parking!

Suana and steam room in spa took ages to warm up. Breakfast seemedchaotic as 4/6 times found person to meet and greet when arrived.

Accessible. Concierge staff are very good, they always give good advice.

Operator - Poor service when handling requests. Housekeeping - Not up to standard. They are not performing well in certain areas - I found milk stains on the glass which meant they haven't cleaned them!! That's not acceptable.

was not impressed with the service at all

we came down to breakfast the first morning and all the hot food was cold we told the resturant staff but nothing was done. we then told reception staff.next morning the breakfast was hot but i found a long hair in my mushrooms.i showed this to the staff. on the third morning we went down to breakfast to find the hot food cold again.please note that on no occasion did any staff apologize.
