There are many popular restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Guests can enjoy a tour of the Hinterland and vineyards or visit attractions like Aussie World, 13 km from the property. As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again. However as there are many resorts to choose from a special offer for valued customers would encourage us to return again!!!. The friendly staff and people within the same facility. The price was great for my partner and I as I'm a uni student and and he's an apprentice. The room we had was lovely and relaxing for us both. We would definitely stay again very soon!.
all reviews » It was conveniently located, only a minutes walk to main shopping/café area, Underwater world. Surf Life Saving Club just a minutes walk up road - great place to go for a lovely meal reasonably priced. The configuration of the room and we were lucky enough to have two balconies both with excellent views. Plenty of car parking was available. I'm planning to come back again soon and stay @ Nautilus. The location only a short walk to beach, surf club and many restaurants/cafes. easy access to highway only 10mins drive and you can head north or south. The staff were friendly and helpful. In house pool, spa and gym convenient. Good location close to restaurants/cafes. Good, well-appointed kitchen. Convenient location for most of Sunshine Coast attractions. The location was excellent, the weather was perfect and the resort was sheltered from the winds. The mattress on the bed was like sleeping on concrete. I wouldn't have been able to sleep except for the fact that I had a mattress topper in my car. Would have been good to have a clean towel and hand towel during my stay. lack of bathroom exhaust fan lead to mold. Bed was a little uncomfortable ans some areas where a little dirty, e.g bathroom. rooms should have been vaccumed on midweek service. no dishwasher. The dreadful smell that came from the drain in the bathroom. met our expectations. Very noisy. Not from the complex, but from the units next door. They partied very loudly until the early hours of the morning. The gym smelt very bad. The beds were very very hard and uncomfortable in the room we stayed in. hard beds. The community verandah lights being on all night long so the bedroom was rather bright. Need to have block out curtain over the blinds in the bedroom. The extremely hard bed in the main bedroom. Some of the following items - Decor, Fixtures and Fittings in need of Minor repair or upgrade. Lighting in living area was inadequate---unable to read by it. Knives were blunt and totally inadequate for food preparation. Bed was really uncomfortable. a week went by really quickly!. Was paranoid smoke alarms would go off, so we didnt cook at all. Not being able to buy a drink from the bar down stairs without buying a meal. Alot of lost bussiness. Nothing stands out. Early check-out, 12 noon would have been preferable. no allocated car space. floors could of been cleaned properly. No servicing of the rooms if less than 7 days. Charging extra for soap, shampoo etc, even toilet roll!. all good. noisy air conditioning unit from out side needed to keep the door closed The expelair above the stove very greasy and dirty needed cleaning Bathroom extractor didnt appear to work very dirty. Hard bed Ran out of toilet paper and could find no-one Our room was just above pool and could not sleep because of noise in pool and restaurant...put TV on and watched until noise died down. kitchen was poorly stocked... ie, no cutting board even... all blankets were in master bedroom, when my friend(who was in the other bedroom) woke up cold in the middle of the night, she went down to her car at 2am to get something warm to put on bed cos she didnt want to wake me up. quite small appartment. With a little updating, the unit we stayed in would be excellent. Not a lot required - just some little updates!.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. Nautilus Mooloolaba is a family resort and as such has a “No Party Policy”. Guests under the age of 18 years are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. Please note that all rooms are serviced weekly. Daily service is available on request for an additional charge. Please inform Nautilus Resort Mooloolaba in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of AUD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
