The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

Amenities were good and - when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

  Overall was really happy with the room - comfortable big bed, great shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping district but also a free bus directly out the door. Obviously not 5 star but a very well run establishment. Best was the lovely friendly and helpful staff. Can't thank them enough. Issue with showered was solved within 5 minutes. - It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want. Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

Our room is cleaned daily and the staffs are really helpful in providing helpful information; directing my husband and I to take the (free) Blue Cat bus to go to Woollies (Woolworths) instead of driving and having to pay parking fees.
