Location is excellent Price is good Staff is friendly & knowledgeable Although they may need renewal soon, the facilities are satisfactorily maintained. Close to town yet affordable, very friendly staff and newly renovated facilities including a great bar. Great value. We liked the location and found the room comfortable, clean and quite roomy. Rooms are a bit tired and in need of a renovation/makeover. Nothing. bathroom floor tiles quite slippery. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom which left the room very damp. The people in the next room were very noisy until early hours of the morning. cooked breakfast not available on Sat. morning so went out for meals other days. Noisy at the wee hours - like 4am. Steep driveway. Breakfast is too expensive for what you receive. The room we had was very loud on Friday evening because it was directly located over the bar and there was live music playing until 1 am. Extremely run down bathroom facilities, with rust on all chrome fittings, and soiled crevices and grout. Shower over bath which is dangerous. My husband needed both my brother and I to assist him to shower 'safely'. Incorrect placement of soap dispensers for safe access in the shower. No wifi Too loud Not comfortable enough. It's hard to find a suitable restaurant around there by walk. Very small a bed Shower in bath Toilet to close to wall. Dated furniture. Total lack of information in rooms. Nothing about meal options, local facilties or tourist information, local transport, phone numbers for taxi, airport shuffle. Overpriced ,understaffed, old,. Beds and pillows. Rooms old & noisey, bathrooms old and stained, double bed,shower over bath, no safety rails for getting in and out with. Lack of customer service. Lack of communication. Claimed to be refurnished, but our room was not. The worst hotel ever in my life they should close it immediately.
