The location was awesome! We walked everywhere and didn't once use our car. I also liked how the staff were extremely obliging; we were able to check in early and as there was space, leave our car parked all day. I really enjoyed my stay - the property was clean, modern and my apartment was well equipped and had all I wanted. Linen, bedding and the kitchen equipment excellent.

Beachside location. Service location. The position in byron bay. Close to shops and beach. Cleanliness wasn't what I expected. Marks on sheets and pubic hair on pillow and sheets. Washed them myself and remade bed. As we got the room on special I didn't want to complain bit hopefully the feedback will help stop this happening to more difficult customers ;-). Our room was number 4 (One bedroom), located down some stairs so no outlook what so ever. quality of champagne glasses, hairdryer broken, small balcony, pillows. We found the Wi-Fi not so good and was disappointed when we had to use our phones if we wanted to do things on the internet. One bedroom apartments only have tiny balcony with no view so consider 2 bedroom instead. A little bit noisy from the street behind the apartment & fridge did not work in room. Not a very good outlook from our room. Lack of elevators. Pillows (too fat) soap (too small). A photo can lie the rooms were tiny compared to the wide angled photos the staff were argumentative when we reported a bad smell in our room they were dismissive but did fix it the room for what it was is way overpriced. Appartment run down, poor facilities, no view, terrible bed, no internet even though it says it does and no foxtel.
