  The hotel was just beside the Duty Free Outlets and there was a woolworths supermarket that was open 24 hours. Very convenient for our family as we have just returned the car and there was nothing much we can do. The hotel staff was very courteous and check-in was allowed even before the official check in-time. I was expecting to pay for an addi... what people say » tional bed as we have 2 adults and 2 children but there was 2 double beds in the room and they even opened up the sofa bed for us! So it was a pleasa - We ate at your restaurant and was amazed at the high quality of the food, the presentation and especially the professional and friendly service given by all the staff in there. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table as we hadn't booked but were given bread to eat for the 'inconvenience'. We'll definately stay again when needing to be near the airport. Gold stars to you all.

  Nothing to fault here, a spotless and spacious self-contained apartment in a great location within easy walk of both the City and Fortitude Valley. The kitchenette was well-equipped with stove-top, dishwasher and microwave, plus plenty of pots, pans, glassware, plates etc.There is a nearby supermarket and coffee shop/deli, bottle shop and bakery a... what people say » nd we had also had no problem with a pizza delivery finding us. There is a small starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, dish washing liquid, soap and toil - We love it. Very spacious balcony.. Every equipment in the apartment is functioning well. The rooms are great..the bathroom are clean and spacious..the kitchen is almost complete (would be lovely if has a bigger frying pan). A bit far from Queen St Mall area (around 15 mins walk), but nearby Woolsworth. Going down to the Queen St area is okay (going downhill), but coming back to the apartment is quite a journey as we have to walk uphill.

  Location is very good, close to South Bank and City centre but in a quiet area. Apartment was clean, well equipped and with free wi-fi we could find and book what we wanted in Brisbane ( including the internet booking of city cycles that can then be taken from the cycle stand at the park, across the road .) The apartments are "top end" and good... what people say » value for money. - The staff were great. Very helpful, friendly and gsoh. I appreciated the ashtrays on the balcony and that the staff didn't play shame-the- smoker. I only spoke to the gentleman at the desk, but can't remember his name - sorry! But thanks for a lovely albeit short stay. I also liked the parking and that we weren't charged an arm and a leg for it.

  It felt like a home from home. We got a double room apartment that was spacious and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful.
