But the best thing I remember is Greg, Front Desk, on Sat 13/4/13 started at 2pm - This guy deserves a pay rise instantly, I observed him deal with a rather un relaxed customer, shall we say who only required an understanding touch - He did so with exceptional skill, diplomacy and genuine caring, Please ... what people say » return the favour to this amazing gentleman, I would recommend him for any accolades your are able to offer. Its is of merit that you have employed su - I live in Brisbane but had study to catch up on for exams that being on tap at home was preventing, so I checked into Midtown for 5 nights. I was extremely fortunate to be up-graded to a larger room so I could spread out and be even more comfortable.   I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see !   Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. The staff were lovely, the room spacious, clean and ... what people say » so so comfortable. Great location too ! This one will defintley be our 'Brisbane' home on our visits from Perth.
