My husband had just been discharged from hospital with an neck injury and our stay was brief as we flew home the next day. A lovely helpful lady at the front desk couldn't do enough to help us. Any requests or needs we had in the circumstances were cheerfully and compassionately provided. The room was spotless and beautifully presented. We had stayed there before and chose to return because the motel is close to the airport, reasonably priced, easy to get to and surprisingly quiet despite being.
all reviews » Really large and comfortable room with clean toilet and kitchen. People at reception were really friendly to us. Quite near from Brisbane airport. Excellent if you want to get up early for ur flights. Very convenient location for my airport business, restaurant zone, and city access. Spacious clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. Would be very happy to stay again on my next trip to Brisbane. One of the reception staff called me, to see if I needed transport from flinders view to the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and lovely to talk to. how central it is with the ferry just down the road can easy get into central Brisbane . close to the airport , the shuttle was great . The location to the Briabane Entertainment Centre is great. Not far to travel. Also you have shops and a Hotel around the corner. Nothing everything was great. Bed was very hard. Bit dated GUYS! aircon rm 54 inefficient --slept with window open all night to try and get some airflow. Nothing. The restaurant lets this hotel down. Quality of food was very poor, especially breakfast. Old tired food warmers with cheap selection of items. Very unprofessional dressed (jeans) server. room stuffy, airless and poorly lit (very dim). Room was a bit tired, decor needs refreshing. Poor courtesy vehicle,old and over crowded. The room had quite a few stains on the carpet, bedspread etc. An awful smell coming from the bathroom and even the remains of a dead Gecko stuck on the outside of the bathroom window. Very small shower. Rock hard pillows. Although asked for a quiet room, was given a room close to the road and above the reception. Price, quality of rooms at that price. Lack of atmosphere. Location. Mandatory early check-out - 10am with a hurry-up call at 10.05. We only got there at gone 11pm the previous evening after 30 hrs travelling. a little bit far away from Airport than it says so.
