Close proximity to the airport, good service,easy commute with free airport shuttle; and restaurant in motel. Very good value for money.Quiet with off street units and playing fields outlook. Ideal for overnight prior to or on return Brisbane flights. The location was excellent, close to the airport as well as the M1, so a trip to the other side of the city was very fast even on a Friday afternoon. It was also surprisingly quiet, so we were able to sleep well before an early start to the airport.

This is an upmarket motel with an excellent room and perfectly located for Brisbane airport which is the reason why we chose the booking. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. One of the reasons I booked the motel was that it advertised free transfer between the motel and the airport - the advert was misleading as there are only 3btrips laid on to the airport in the early morning - I had to go to the airport when we arrived with the hire car and had to get a taxi back and likewise when we left for the airport we had to get another cab - a total of almost Aus $50. Nothing to speak of. It was a bit dear I thought. No meals served or restaurant avail. Although a food place was just up the road. Open till late. Situated in an industrial area but this is the penalty for closeness to airport and for a short stay this is unimportant. Hard to say we where not there long enough to find any faults if there where any at all. I needed to make a phone call from unit but could find no instructions on how to do this. Limited meal options. i thought it could of been a bit cheaper but its good value really hate to be snippy everything these days is straight out of the pocket. We arrived quite late, so there was not much to choice of food at that time. Nothing to speak of, but I did prefer the upstiars room to the one I had at ground level. need more complimentary toiletries eg shower cap need bin in bathroom. noisey air con. Shuttle service time not advertised on the web site and only found out on arrival. Visitors could have a verry long wait at the airport. The phone in the room was faulty and requests from reception ment a long walk. To stop the annoying flashing the advice was to remove the phone from the connection. This could have been an OH&S issue. nothing to comment. How heavy & hard the pillows were & how hard the bed was. Nothing really,its a great motel. The meal times were limited. Room wasn't ready on arrival despite having given arrival time. Restaurant was closed on weekends. Dining limited to one hour a day. Only the courtesy bus not Sunday. Breakfast order was not correctly filled. My car was hit by a truck in the motel car park. lack of food facilities. Bit noisy at night, units above. the thinness of the mattress on the single bed, the TV reception for some channels. Nothing. Only one type of pillow - very thick and heavy. Room service only open from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Nothing.
