My adult daughter & I Were attending a workshop at Bardon. The accomodation was very clean & cost was good for us& even though it was close toYHA & Backpackers acc, it was not Noisy. Its an old 1877 cottage what you would expect. Easy self check in and out. convienant location.Budget and cosy. Easy walking to city and surrounds. It was great value for money. I found it to be clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend this accommodation and stay again :).

The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen handy and useful. everything, staff are so friendly that i make it like home. Convenience to Roma Street Station (10 minutes walking). Closeness to Suncorp Stadium Clean, Good carparking. The old charm of the rooms. It was very clean. Excellent location and price. Heritage home. clen and calm but too calm.. location and independence. location. It was close to the areas that we wished to visit, we didn't book a car for our trip, Eton House was well serived by Public Transport. Top location within easy walking distance to cafes, super market, bottle shop, transit lockers, river, Southbank, Queen St Mall. Cute verandah and small garden fridge in room Kettle Kitchen. It was quaint and quirky in keeping with its period charm. location, friendly staff, heritage spot. close to the state of origin game. That it looked like a quaint cottage in the middle of the city. Parking space. A bit noisy from surrounds. Nothing major. nothing. I never saw a live person on dutry. I was advised by email of the code to get in the front door, then there would be a note inside telling me the room number. There was no note and I stood around wondering what to do before just trying one room, finding it occupied, trying another room and finding it vacant and then just settling in. I was there two nights and received no maid service. Also lighting in room was poor for reading. Passage light shining into bedroom from window above door. The first Impression from the outside. Not having a bath mat in room 1. Disorganised. No access to cutlery cupboard downstairs (locked with fire extinguisher inside) so no pans or glasses etc. On booking should advise it is an un-staffed property. Property cluttered with extra beds and furniture making it difficult to use washing machine and impossible to use washing line. too calm... they said breakfast but no breakfast available. internet wifi didn't work. hard to find. No sign of staff anywhere. Price bathroom. Self checking in & out. Didn't lay eyes on a staff member. Didn't have a great sense of security!. dirty towels, and hairs in the bathrooms. there was no tv that worked. Dark room and bathroom is very old. Saw a rodent in the kitchen. Hope it was a mouse and not a rat. Poor communication. Small room.
