  The large spacious room was a joy in which to stay- regretted not staying for longer. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful and obviously ready to assist with any requests for assistance or information. I arrived very late into Brisbane that night, and staff organised access to my room, even though the reception facility had closed well before my arrival.
