  The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. All... what people say » the 1 bed apt were gone so she put us in the penthouse apt....It was fab and such a treat as we were on our honeymoon. The pool was fab and it overlo - Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

  I liked the friendly, attentive staff and the tours I booked through them were great! The apartment had a beautiful view of the beach for a great price. It was so central, the walk to the main street was about 5 minutes. I could go back and forth to the main street at night without feeling unsafe because the area felt nice and secure. My apartment was "pool side" and at sunset the view from the pool on Airlie Beach is fantastic. The apartment was clean, comfortable, as well as the patio at entrance.

  Kate Larsson who runs the place was extremely cooperative in answering our questions before we arrived, via email and phone, and very informative. She helped us select tours at a rate lower than available on tour site, arranged our shuttle to proserpine and let shuttle know when tour was delayed that we were on our way. Tours picked up from the apartment, which was very helpful given - Great location, Airlie town is right out your front door. Kate and her daughter Bronte are amazing hosts, they are extremely helpful, knowledge, accommodating, and so kind, friendly, and welcoming! The facilities are very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything about my stay was fantastic, I would highly recommend it to everyone. There is a little kitchen unit as well in the suite so you can cook which is an added bonus. I can't say enough good things about Airlie Beach Apartments.

  Modern well fitted apartment. Lots of room to move . Balcony off living room and bedroom. Roof top area with spa and loungers , table and bbq. Good parking area undercover. Cot and baby chair provided. Very close to shops and beach. Staff were very responsive to all requests. Great coastal walks . We had a car. Coles and shopping centre 3 Kms away... what people say » . - We were very impressed! So clean, spacious, friendly, and great to walk into the Airlie beach resturants and shops !!! After staying around Airlie for over 8 years and several apartments we have finally found our home away from home!! :) - Excellent staff, very helpful. Helped us book the appropriate tours, transfers to airport etc... Excellent location, great appartment, great view, it was more than what we expected which is rare enough in the Australian tourism industry.

  We just returned from a 8 night stay at Whitsunday Reflections and all I can say is wow! The apartment was very modern, and had everything you would need for a holiday. We were checking in after hours but had no problems receiving the code for the safe hours before arrival. Although the apartments are right next to each other the balconies are very private and we had no noise issues. Yes the apartments - Everything about our Reflections apartment was exactly what we needed for a restful holiday. Each room is fitted out with everything you could possibly need. The Views were a delight to wake up to everyday - so much so we kept our curtains and doors opened all night. The apartment was spacious and clean, and we felt we were holidaying in luxury.

  We would really want to thank the reception staff for their help! They have all been really friendly, helpful and professionnal! They booked us the Whitsundays Boat Tour litterally at the last moment (we had not thought of booking all that in advance) and they kindly kept our luggage and our car parked at their place for 3 days while we were away!... what people say » They also helped us with our next hotel booking in Port Douglas (our next road trip stop). This Hotel is excellent! It's clean, confortable and nicel - All of the staff were extremely helpful and all requests for information were followed up efficiently and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. They allowed us to store our luggage on two occasions saving us the trouble of finding somewhere to store it whilst we went off on other adventures.. They made our stay in Arlie Beach a pleasure and we would strongly recommend this place to all travels for value and friendly service.
