Very clean and well appointed. Very nice kitchen for self catering. Liked the snack packs - a life saver (!) and the plunger coffee was wonderful - a nice touch. The flats were so central to everything. We hired a car but didn't need it while in Adelaide itself - only when we went to the Barossa Valley. Good eating place just over the road - highly recommend. upgrade to 2 beds at last minute convenient location near to Art Gallery South Australia taxi fare affordable from airport interesting part of town self sufficiency if required but we just ate out great range of places to eat for all budgets.

A bit dark - very little natural light and the light bulbs were dim (saving power I guess). Many of the walls were painted a dark colour, which didn't help. Also, it would have been nice to have a bedside lamp on both sides of our bed - we only had one. I would also have liked more coat hangers in our wardrobe. plunger coffee nowhere to be seen. Air conditioner was a bit noisey. We were on the front street, so a little noisy with traffic and Backpackers over the road. When requesting a late checkout that an option was not provided other than vacating the room. I had stated I was willing to pay and was not offered an alternate room. Perhaps the staff could have asked the reason for requesting as it related to a medical condition. N/A. the difficulty of parking, allocated space was too narrow to accommodate a large car such as a ford territory. The fridge leaked, which was a little annoying. we had 4 cars and 2 jet skies with us as we came from Melb, not once was i told about the $30 charge per night for parking, the staff after some chats sorted it out but we still had to pay 1/2 the costs, parking spots where so small, so take a mini or a bike. Lack of an open aspect. Car parking both on arrival and overnight. - You need to tell staff to get full cleaning or doesn't get it. - You need to carry everything by yourself, no help from staff. The spell of spew and wet carpet, from the guest the night before! Bins where not cleaned out, the sheets had yellow big patch on them! Very discussed in the fact that I was not informed that there had been some issues with the room, they had to cover it up!.
