Well equipped and comfy room. Not as small as the blurb suggested. It was compact but not cramped. Design was good. The new concierge service worked well. We were let into our room early and the staff were very helpful with everything. Free laundry was handy. Nice restaurants close by, as were the zoo, parks and botanical gardens, city within walking distance but not on the doorstep.
The hotel was well-located, easy to get to from the city and has free wi fi. The facilities in the room were good - iron and board, safe, TV, coffee and tea facilities and fridge. It's quiet too.all reviews »
i loved that is was modern, clean & crisp room. TV location was great. loved being on melbourne street, cafes, chemist, supermarket.. price, location. great value for money.
The king size bed was great. The location was good as well. The rooms are small but perfectly set up for a short stay. The Monna cafe next door was a fantastic place to eat.
We loved the paintings on the wall, and the way the bathrooms were tiled. The private parking and short walking distance to cafe's and shops was great.
I liked the ease of operation of the hotel. I liked the location, great for cafes, and the Botanic Park and the mall, all within walking distance.

A noisy group using the reception internet in the middle of the night. Sound traveled into our second floor room as there was no partitioning door.
Would have liked a spare blanket in the cupboard for those chilly nights. TV could be a little lower on the wall.
not much i didn't like.. car park was small but it said there was size restriction in the car park. still loved that it had a car park! we have a young family so not possible to return as a family but if we ever happen to be in adel just the two of us again we would definitely stay.
The check out. They told me when I checked in that I would be charged when I checked out, but there wasn't anyone at the desk so I had no idea if I had been charged or not. I even stopped back two hours later to see if someone was there, just to be safe, but there wasn't anyone there.
I didn't like the very noisy air conditioner in my room which made it quite difficult to sleep well. An extra piece of soap in the bathroom would be good for the extended stayers.

Ridiculously noisy airconditioning unit, room got very hot during the day with little natural ventilation. Could have done with bit more storage for luggage.
Walls were so thin I could hear next door very clearly.

failed to meet my expectations. I will have to think if I use you motel
again due to this point.

Air-conditioner was noisy, making it difficult to sleep on the hot nights.
the name matches the size of the rooms "minima" there is just no room to move around or to put anything. They should close in the balcony (looks at a blank brick wall) and use it as room space.

cleaning was just short of excellent - still very good. Air-con was just a touch noisy. My main gripe would be that after filling in all my details online I still needed to write them all down again when checking in and I just think this should be unnecessary.
Wall in the room had extensive scuff marks. Everything else good.
Had problems with the car parking but staff rectified this very promptly.
King size bed was actually two single beds joined together. The message
board outside the venue had King SIze Beds up in lights. Where I come
from that is called false advertising. Very Naughty.
