The front desk staff (Miguel) was exceptional helped me book tours at the wineries, was very helpful.   The location is great - in the middle of downtown Mendoza. The front office staff was extremely helpful - we had to stay longer because the passage to Chile was closed and they helped us out wherever they could. - Near Plaza Independencia. Clean enough. Staff was helpful and accomodating.

  We stayed at the park Hyatt for 2 nights after spending a few nights at a vineyard. The hotel is beautiful and in a great area to explore the city.
